Will a DPF & EGR delete fail me at inspection?

Since I have to get a NYS inspection every year, I'm wondering if getting a DPF and EGR delete will fail me on the emissions portion of the inspection? I'd do it if NY was a "one and done" inspection state, but of course they're not ($$$...). Does anyone know if it will make a difference?
