Howdy,

Or I might need to say "Hola" from El Paso.

I picked this one up a couple of months ago. First real truck I've had in 20 years.

Nice looking truck!! What's the story on it. What year is that 05? Is it stock?

What's your name if you don't mind me asking? I like to try and keep up with the members by name instead of handle

Mom always called me Roger, and I guess she knew what she was talking about.

It's a stock 04. The brush guard and some extra lights were on the front when I got it. It also has an extra 40 gallon tank in the bed. I put the tool box on it. The guy I bought it from was a real fanatic for maintenence and it had 101k miles when I got it. I would be happier if I got a few more mpg, but it's doing about what I see everyone else saying they get.

I bought it right.

I've been getting about 12 mpg around town. About 15- 15 1/2 on the highway when we went to Carlsbad last week. Running 75-80 with a lot of hills.

That's pretty low if you ask me. My 05 4X4 gets 18-20 on HWY and my 06 2X4 gets 20-22 HWY. my 07 on the other hand only get 12-13 no matter what. But it's a DRW. I won't go into city because I don't keep my foot out of it enough to get any kind of city MPG
