Anyone know boltdimensions for 2nd and 3rd row seats for 2nd gen Expedition?

Due to taxreasons these seats have never been installed, but it is soon time to install them legally.

If anyone has some pictures of removal/installation prosess of rear seats, I would be glad for that also.

 

Sorry I don't know the bolt sizes, but I am curious as to these tax reasons for leaving them out?

 

I live in Norway, and large cars with big engines are heavy taxed. If you register the car with only front seats, taxes are much reduced, to nearly half price of the car. After ten years it is free to install rear seats.

 

What a strange but interesting tax code you must have there.
