06 f250 fan clutch roaring on acceleration

Hi guys I'm new to the forums I have a 06 6.0 with 340000 miles on it believe it or not still pulls great. The problem is my clutch fan keeps roaring when I press the gas it's extremely loud all my gauges are fine so the truck isn't overheating has anyone else had the same problem? Also not a bad fan clutch I wasted 300 bucks on that and it's still doing the same thing.

The dash gauges are worthless. It could be bad but you need to
know what the RPM of the fan is and the temp of the coolant for starters.
Come on over to https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum107/
you will get more 6.0 info there.

While I don't have an answer to the question about your clutch, it is nice to see a 6.0L with that amount of miles still kicking.

sensor for the fan maybe bad, I would first check for codes and then trouble shoot the sensors.

Mine started doing the same thing recently. Mostly with the AC on. Run an Edge Insight to monitor temps. Coolant at 187-190, oil just a few degrees higher. Did the same thing right after egr delete a year and a half ago. Plugged egr sensor back in and went back to normal. Sensor just laying there plugged in right now. Have AE, any idea what readings I should be looking at?

It would help if one of the Mods would combine this thread with the one in the 6.0 forum.
Keeping track of the 2 is not easy and you may get conflicting into.
