Hood latches
I've read the horror stories of hoods that come open while driving. How about one that won't open? I've got a '50 F 3 that has opened and closed with no problems till now. Went to open so I could change the oil, and it won't budge. Any ideas?

Try pressing down on the hood while you pull on the open lever.
