Good Evening Guys,
I hope you enjoyed your Hump Day!
I've been running around like a chicken w/ my head cut off today, & it's not over yet!
Cheyenne & Kyle (her hubby) got in lastnight. Cammy & Nathan went to pick them up from the airport. Everything that was planned for today got srewed up!
I had to run into Jimmys work & check out a co-workers ankle for a possible fracture & I brought him a walking air cast/boot to wera until he can get to E.R. to have a X- ray done. Thten I got a call from Cammy . They were on their way to Carson Ttahoe Hospital w/ Athena per Dayton Urgent Care. She's dehydrated & may need to stay for a night or two. Cammy thought the the diarhea Athena was having was from teething, but apparently not. So they have to run tests, etc. My poor grand daughter!
I haven't gotten an update on the situation since they got to the hospital, so I'll let you know when I know something.
Can this week be over already...please?!?!?!

Thanks everyone for the thoughts & prayers. We really appreciate them more than you know.
Update on Athena -
As of about 8 pm last night, Athena was admitted to the hospital. She's one sick lil' girl!
They don't know what's going on yet with her other than she's' dehydrated from extreme diarrhea (comes out like colored water & soaks everything from her neck down to her toes) Poor baby! She slept most of the day yesterday & Cammy & Nathan had to wake her up every 10 min. to try to get her to drink some water. I guess she'd wake up barely long enough to take 2-3 sips & fall right back to sleep. They can't even get an IV in her tiny veins to help hydrate her or take blood! So until then, all they can do is watch, wait & hope that she drinks enough to hydrate her veins so they can get an IV in her & then they can go from there. Cammy stayed overnight in the hospital w/ her & I haven't heard anything from her yet this morning. So, update you as I know more.

Hi Everyone,
It Friday all day. Hope everyone has a great weekend. We are HOT 114-116 with up to 30% humidity. So muggy as heck. Vici & I just returned from vacation. We bought a summer vacation place in the mountains of Arizona. So we will have a break from the HOT when we want. If I want to remember the cold I can go up & get reminded. But where we are doesn't get as cold as Northern Nevada, but did get snow twice last winter for the day.
