Morning AB. I think the stampede may be finished now. We were camping last week and met a couple from Colorado. They were there. They said they had done a fantastic job getting things cleaned up.

That's not a terribly helpful link, since it's showing areas that are currently evacuated or closed, and the flooding was two weeks ago.

Thats way worse than I thought. Seems like there was limited news coverage on that here in the states. So how are things now? Also when we have that sort of flooding here in Texas they call it a Hundred yr. Flood. Is there some simular referal there?

We had a flood in 2005 I think that we all referred to as a 100 year flood. This was much worse. Crest was five feet higher or more. Some people are calling it a 200 year flood, but I haven't seen any official status. To be honest, I think that "hundred year flood" stuff gives people a false sense of security. you could have two of those in a short time period.

I agree with that. We have the same thing. Only difference is near the ciast we drain unless its heavy rain and then a huricane. Last one in my neck of the woods was Carla. We caught red fish in my front yard on hook & line.

well, truck doesn't start today. Wife was going to drive it, but it appears that the battery is flat. Musta left something on, maybe those map lights, this isn't a common issue for me.
Some kind of ticking coming from between the cab and box, maybe the fuel pump? Does that sound right for a low batter charge situation?

My good charger is with my RV at the storage yard, and my booster cables are not here right now either, so I'm stuck charging it with my "little" charger. It's really just a trickle charger, so it'll take a few hours before I know if it's doing any good. Think it's a bad sign that I own so many battery chargers? I'm home with both kids, so I wasn't going anywhere anyway.

Maybe I'll let it charge until lunchtime and then see what's what.

And while we're chatting, has anyone seen a Canada-specific order guide around? I like to dream about new trucks, but the ford build and price website sucks, I'd prefer to use the order guide.
