I purchased this Highboy in March intending to make it a project. I just don't have the time for it.

It has a FE V8, almost certainly the 390, though I haven't taken the heads off to measure stroke, connected to a NP 435 (four speed, granny low, Hurst T-shifter) which then routes through a divorced NP 205 transfer case. Previous owner put some nice hardware on it, including headers, Mickey Thompson valve covers, electronic ignition, true dual exhausts to sidepipes. The truck runs great. However, when this engine was put in (it was originally the 300cid I6 under the hood) the flywheel didn't get converted, which means this thing eats starters. You'll need to replace the flywheel at some point, or at least the ring gear. It needs belts and tires, too, but otherwise is in running order. I drove it up from Greeley when I bought it, 70mph the whole way up the highway, and haven't driven it since then except to have the oil changed.
