I was a 63170 - Fuels Specialist. I worked the flightline refueling foreign and domestic aircraft. I drove the refueling tanker trucks (kind of like what you see at the airports, but with a 5,000 gallon capacity. I was also qualified to hot-pit (refuel aircraft with their engines running) and was selected to compete in ICT (Integrated Combat Turnaround) competitions with other bases. This type of competition meant fully servicing (weapons, countermeasures, film, adding or removing extra fuel tanks, LOX bottle, adding fuel, etc) the aircraft to have it ready for its next mission.
I ran the base fuel station for military and other authorized vehicles. We had a different fuel station for the personal vehicles. I also held a dual-qualification in LOX plant operations. In Germany, we had our own LOX plant. I was qualified to produce, test, transfer, store and issue liquid oxygen.
Happy Hump Day to you, too, and to everyone else as well. No, I haven't ordered the pizza yet. I may do that for Friday night's study session. I'll let you guys know what happens if I try it. That would be fun if they did, because the Fall semester is when I'll be extremely busy. I may be living in the trailer.

Well, the "boss" pulled a fast-one on me. She brought home burgers Friday night, so no pizza, yet. My "experiment" is delayed for another day. She started cooking something this morning for dinner tonight, so I'm undecided about ordering a pizza tonight.
Tomorrow is "Military Family Day" at the Boise Zoo. I'm taking my ladies to that event (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM). We'll have dinner at the event, but there will be plenty of opportunities to attempt this experiment.
Enjoy your weekend. We're expecting 100*F and up, AGAIN. Stay cool.
