front fender to running board braket. is there another option?

That threaded hole was for a mirror. I forgot to fill it when I painted my truck and was kinda ticked off at my self.

maybe I will just make some, but would be nice to have the factory pieces.......

If the threaded hole is in a small piece that fits over the actual hinge, that is part of the side mirror bracket.
