Why not change them all? Relatively inexpensive, and all the same steps would be necessary with one or all.
As to your specific question, I don't know any specific way to isolate a specific injector with leaking o-rings without pulling them...
I suppose you might be able to pressurize each bank individually with a portapower or similar to isolate a bank through a leakdown test.

The signs i saw were
At fisrt i noticed the smell of burning oil in the exhaust
Then i noticed some oil consumption
This came on slow over a couple weeks
Now i have a fairly rough start up untill it gets to operatin temps along with some purpleish smoke on start up, along with pretty heavy oil consumption.
.This happened in one day after pulling my job trailer
So im guessing my small leak opened up after alittle work out.
