how do i id which fuel injector has bad o-rings

After doing some reading and pulling the fuel filter ive figured that i have bad injector o-rings and my hpop is pushing oil into the fuel
I was hoping that there is a easy way to id the bad injector without pulling them all out..

Why not change them all? Relatively inexpensive, and all the same steps would be necessary with one or all.

As to your specific question, I don't know any specific way to isolate a specific injector with leaking o-rings without pulling them...

I suppose you might be able to pressurize each bank individually with a portapower or similar to isolate a bank through a leakdown test.

I only have one set of orings right now (complete set on order) just thought if there was a simple way to id the
problem injector i would take care of that one for now
Guess ill just wait and do them all at once

the one leaking should not have the same oil discharge. but you might do all as if one is leaking the others may not be fare behind.

Other than a blackened fuel filter, what other indications are there of leaking injector o-rings? I feel like I should know this, but I don't, so I might as well ask now.

The signs i saw were
At fisrt i noticed the smell of burning oil in the exhaust
Then i noticed some oil consumption
This came on slow over a couple weeks
Now i have a fairly rough start up untill it gets to operatin temps along with some purpleish smoke on start up, along with pretty heavy oil consumption.
.This happened in one day after pulling my job trailer
So im guessing my small leak opened up after alittle work out.

I have the blackened fuel filter at every change, but I don't use any oil. So I guess I'm ok.
