48-52 F1 Parts
Saw an ad in a local classified paper for F-1 parts. The guy has built an F-1 and has lots of parts to sell. He has a F-2 complete cab with doors and glass. He also has a grill with teeth for 51-52 and other stuff. I tried to get him to be more forthcoming about what he had and was met with "well what do you need". Finally, I had to ask if I could come out to look! I thought someone in the FTE universe might be interested.(Ilya aka junkman) It's about an hour from here so no big deal for me to go. If anyone is interested, PM me or reply on this thread. I'm not looking to make money on this, just help out someone with their build

Hood trim
I have a 1950 Ford F1 and I am missing some of the hood trim. I am not exactly sure what the pieces are called, but on the front of the hood where you open the hood, the opening on the left is the handle that pops the hood, the opening on the right has the dummy handle. I have the trim that forms the C for the left opening and the reverse C for the right opening, but I am missing the vertical trim pieces for both sides. If you could find those two vertical pieces for a reasonable price, that would be great.
Thanks.
Thanks.

It's a 51 F-2, the fenders are different than an F-1. I have one F-1 front fender and the other is an F-2 on mine. Not easy to tell the difference, but the F-2 has a larger wheel opening. If you're interested, I'll call the guy.
