Getting ready to tear down my drivable 53 for final body work and paint. Had always planned on a tuxedo black/silver paint scheme. Fenders and Running Boards black, everything else silver. But now I am having second thoughts. Anyone else done a similar 2 tone paint scheme they can post some photos to inspire me again?

Black silver combos are timeless almost no matter what path you choose. I tend to gravitate to those that dont make the division via fenders and boards. I really like the division around the door handle area.

It is a tough choice. Have you tried doing a search in google images?

Thanks guys, I always forget the Google photo search. I kind of like the door line top split hadn't seen one of those yet. Since I am going budget driver not show truck I will likely go as planned with fenders and running boards black, maybe front splash too. I just hate to really tear the truck all the way down again but want to do it right.
