1963 f-250 4x4 Roosevelt compound truck

Newby here, i dont want to start out wanting help, But i need stuff and don't know where to turn,I have always cruised this, but never joined, well here i am the guy that never asks for help. The truck in question is very special, it came form the Roosevelt compound in New York, a special order 1963 f-250 4x4 Y-block with a documented 15,000 miles i have framed off and am now putting the final touches on her, the most needed item are rear drums, i know they dont grow on trees but with all the pros on this site i feel this is the place to be. i also am looking for a set of rear axle lock washers and a set of steel two piece rims. The list goes on and on, for now any help would make my life not suck. Thanks Kevin in Va.

Welcome to FTE

NAPA should have the lock washers and the drums. Take the Ford & Timken part numbers with you, as NAPA may be able to cross them over to the brands they sell.

If not, make sure the parts cluck looks in the paper parts catalogs (usually stashed under the counter). I doubt either will be listed on their computer.

1960/66 F250 4WD:

Ford: 61-1124 / Timken: 1229-Y-831 .. Lock Washer / Obsolete

CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 2 = 800-476-9653.

FRIESEN FORD in Aurora NE has 2 = 402-694-3111.

NOS ONLY in San Jose CA has 4 = 800-667-6659.

3 other sources have 1 each.
---------------------------------
COTT-1126-A .. Rear Brake Drum (does not come with the hub!) / Obsolete

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
