How do you check the switches that manipulate the electrical door locks on a 1995 F-250 to see if they are bad, and not a wiring problem? Electrical continuity? Switches are probably the same as all F series of that period.
5 Pins ,one in center and 2 on each end, like a 5 dice. "U" and "L" on either side of switch. The electric locks work, but the switches do not work the locks now. Ideas? Without buying new switches and finding those will not work too,possibly...

 

OK, so anyone have a good source for replacement switches?

 

 

Is it difficult to replace the door lock motor? My drivers side door lock just makes a spinning noise when I try to lock or unlock, I assume its the motor. Passenger side works fine. How much $$$ does a motor cost?
