Where in the heck can I find...

Where can I get the trim that goes across the dash that says XLT, and the matching trim for all 4 doors? As well as the little piece on the drivers side dash? Ive looked everywhere cant find it. Also tried ordering the "dash kit" from Mimousa....what a crock of ******. Even if i had all the trim, their 3m stick on stuff is bull hockey. Doesnt fit and barely covers the trim it does fit on.

Are you missing some of the trim Rob? You can paint it all to match.

The '92-'94 trucks it was chrome. I changed mine over from the boring black to chrome from a set I found in a junk yard.

I know I have the long piece for the dash and I might have the short pieces on either side of the steering wheel... all in "boring black." I can't help you on the door pieces.

Just a thought, glue them together/reinforce them then have them dipped or wrapped in some vinyl. Carbon fiber looking vinyl would be a nice look.

There must've been multiple options. Both our '95s, they're sort of a brushed silver. Def. not the black I see on some trucks, but def. not chrome, either.

BTW, if anyone has one of the short ones, the one to the right of the steering wheel that goes on the dash bezel, in that brushed silver, could you PM me?

Chase, I thought the carbon fiber wrap sounded interesting, so I googled it and found some video's on the process. It looks like 3M would be good. definitely could give a nice look and have many uses for repair.

Hoze" I didn't save the link but if you just google it you will find lots of information and some video, looked at a couple of video's and thought 3M looked like a simpler process..My first thought was this stuff would be good for a dash repair and many other things. ( I won't call you Hoze" if you don't call me Rog) OK

I appreciate the offer guys for the XLT one, but that just happens to be the piece I already have haha. The ones I need are the crew cab doors, and to the left of the steering wheel. Ive looked everywhere and nowhere has them. You'd think somewhere would sell them all as a kit, i imagine there'd be somewhat of a market.

As far as the carbon fiber dip goes, id get them dipped, not necessarily on carbon fiber but perhaps a wood grain or different color.
