Things I'm looking for......73-79 4x4 stuff 390

I'm looking for headlight retainers (round) for my 78, headers for my 390 (must be for a 4x4), an intake manifold (edelbrock) for my 390, RV cam, stock washer fluid container with pump, dash pad, and a pair of mud flaps from a semi, power steering pump cap/dip stick.

I'm looking locally but thought I'd throw this out there in case someone has something there looking to get out of there garage. I'll drive about 100 or so miles from salt lake if need be. Post pics or send in a PM with total. If shipped zip is 84096.

Also if anyone can suggest an online source for these goodies new or used I'd appreciate those suggestions as well.

Thanks

Post #8 scroll 3/4 the way down to "Parts Vendors & Resources" and just start looking....

Other wise I have the small stuff (headlight retainers (round) for my 78, stock washer fluid container with pump, power steering pump cap/dip stick).

Does your p/s pump take the large cap?

Thanks for the link. please let me know what you would like for those parts shipped to 84096. My power steering pump actually has a small inlet on it. Ill take a photo and send it your way.

Another question for you....I have AC vents in my dash but no AC. Does anyone make a blank or something other than a vent that will go in those holes?

Thanks

I did not know it you wanted new reproduced parts or used OEM stuff, that why I posted the link to all the companies that provide new reproduced parts. Just in case you want new stuff.

Small inlet p/s pump, no problem I know the one you have. As far as the a/c vent block plates, there is no one that makes them as far as I know?

I would think a simple block plate could be made out of aluminium or thin steel and bent on all four sides to slip in there. Or a flat plate affixed in place?

I could probably make some real fast, maybe even out of polished aluminium tread plate, but that might be a little to up town? You can get some small pieces of thin new metal stock at Lowe's and Home Depot....

Usually the cost of the parts and the rest of the details (shipping address) are discussed thru PM (private messages) that's the way the moderators like it.
