My grandson was playing in my 2002 f150 and hit the power seat button forward which now it doesn't go back.......I've replaced fuse and tried the leaning the seat back to make it work......All have failed.

 

Could be one of the motors have failed, especially if the fuses are intact or blow when replaced and a function is attempted.

I'd check and re-check all connections at the base of the seat just to be certain something hasn't worked itself loose.

Hope its nothing too serious.
