Turning Rotors in Las Vegas

Does anyone know of a good place to have rotors turned in Las Vegas?

I would like to have an unbiased cut rather than the usual spiral cut like a record player. An on-car turn would be inconvenient but perhaps acceptable.

Let me know if you might be able to help.
