new from LA
have a 68 F100 ranger in pieces at the body shop and a 67 F100 Ranger in the driveway I am working on.
Just got finished putting a 78 twin I-beam under the 67 to add front disc brakes, and converted to power steering. I have a few bugs to work out. Went through three steering gear installs! first one from junkyard leaks bad, second was a reman that had the wrong worm gear and the wheels turned opposite of the steering wheel, third works correctly.
what fun. Did notice I pinched a new brake line in all of the gear swapping so back under to make another one.
Once I solve a few issues and get a front end alignment, I will install a new AC condenser, dryer, and compressor.
