Anybody Pulling a Travel Trailer with your F150?
How does your 04-08 F150 handle the trailer?
Looking at 04-08 F150 Super Crew's now and we have a 30 ft trailer that weighs about 6500 lbs loaded.
Need a nice ride and relatively economical truck 97% of the time and something that can haul the trailer to the campground a few times per year.
Hows your 5.4 MPG empty?
Thanks!

Yes I do. I have a lightweight travel trailer that's around 5500 pounds. I pull it fine with my F150. I get 15-16 mpg on average empty. But I get around 11 mpg pulling the trailer. I pull it around the mountains majority of the time. Most of the F150 in this generation can tow up to 8-9000 lbs.
