New guy from Scottsdale.
Hello everyone my name is Michael and I own a 1994 F150. I have always had clean vehicles and when I started a pool company a little less than 2 years ago I knew I needed a nice truck. When it came time to buy one I didn't have to look much further than my Grandfather. I bought his blue low mileage clean F150. My plans are to lower it, get some different wheels, and build an exhaust for it, other than that it will be stock.
Here is a pic of my truck with my company graphics on the side.
While I enjoy the pool business my true passion is motor sports fabrication. I have a second job at a chassis shop in Gilbert and love every minute of it. Here is a pic of some of my handy work. I will admit the welds are not mine. I do the fitting of the cages and my boss does all the final welding.

Welcome to the AZ chapter and FTE. Although I have already commented on your truck in the pic thread of the 87-96 part of FTE I still have to say nice truck. Don't know why I like reg cabs but for some reason I do and yours is my favorite of the older fords body style the OBS. Can't wait to see how it looks when you finish it even though personally lowering isn't my style.

I don't mind lowered as long as it's done right. I have been doing a LOT of research in the last few weeks and have found that DJM has a nice kit for these trucks. I'll pick up their 3/5 kit and do ball joints, tie rods, brakes, etc... all at the same time. Plus I'm a shorter guy (5'8") so a lowered truck will make getting all my stuff in and out of the back much easier. My plan is to slowly purchase all the parts over the summer when I'm busy, then install then over the winter when things slow down.
