07 Ford Water in Fuel

I have changed Fuel Filters, Unplugged battery and plugged back in and the "Water in Fuel" saying keeps coming on. Is there a way to reset? Need some help. Thank you.

HCFM on the rail is a allen key port open that up and drain the water into a clear glass to see just drain for 10 seconds

Drained it for 10 seconds, Water light still comes on.

Ford changes the fuel pump module if cleaning doesn't work. Sensor is behind Allen plug on module, and once it gets corroded enough can't be cleaned enough to turn light off. Hope this helps
