T19 Bolt in to my 69 F250?

I scored an 84 F250HD 4x4 with a T19 Tranny. What will it take to replace the NP435 in my 69 F250 Crew Cab with the T19? As soon as it stops raining I'll go pull it but are the shifter locations, driveshaft length, clutch, etc the same or am I in for some modifications?

Never mind I see the 4x4 T19 has a granny 1st gear as well...

P.S. I'll be selling off the 460, D50, D70, BW1345, in the Calgary area.

Cheers.

Your T-19 won't work unless you keep the 1345 TC, because you have a divorced Dana 24 TC. The T-19 is a married tranny designed for a married TC, no drive shaft is in between. Your D 24 has a shaft between the two cases. You need to find a 2wd version for it to work with the D 24 TC.
