ok noob here so be gentle. ive done some searching on the forum here and havent found any how-to's or instructions on how to remove the front bumper on my 06 f250. was wondering if anyone could post a link to a how to, or just tell me how to do it, or email the instructions from the factory manual, or something. any help is appreciated.

It's not rocket science. I took mine off a few months ago to install a Ranch Hand. As I remember it, there's only 4 main bolts (2 on each side) that mount to the frame horns, 18mm if I remember right. The nuts are welded to a plate on the back side so you don't need a backup wrench. It should pull off over the tow hooks. There's also a smaller bolt on each end towards the back for a bracket - probably should take them off first. Wouldn't be a bad idea to have another set of hands or a floor jack there to hold it when you take the bolts out, it's not light.
