2006 6.0L runs rough under load

HELP! I have a 2006 6.0L and its been in the shop every week since I bought it 4 weeks ago. 4 mechanics have now looked at it and cannot find the problem. So far no codes, no check engine light, no nothing. Truck idles great, starts fine and runs down the level roads great. go up a hill and it feels like its missing and shakes and tach show engine running rough.

So far the Turbo has been cleaned, EGR valve replaced, VGT replaced. Fuel Pressure spring "Blue spring" replaced, new air filter just because, and new dummy plugs on the fuel rails. FICM checked and good power.

Any ideas?

This truck is my own work truck and the down time is killing me.
Truck has 138K miles and no visible oil leaks

Its time to take things into your own hands, lets clean up some sensers,
1. MAP -connection to Intake ( make sure lil hole is clear dont spray map itself )
2. EBP-make sure hole in senser is clear ( take the tube off and run weedeater line thru (make sure lil hole is clear in Manafold)
3. IAT2 senser will be caked up
4. this should have been first you need a gauge to read live Data ,scan gauge dash boss etc.
use carb cleaner but not on the electical side or connections and ware your safety glasses that stuff burns like post values for
ICP
map
ebp
FICM

thank you!
Do You think maybe a bad injector? it only happens when I go up hill or put a load on truck. If I hit full throttle on level ground no issues, go up slight incline and runs like its missing. I see other posts talking about Stiction? and running Rev-X helped problem. never heard of Rev-x before bit never had a truck that was trying to make me jump off a bridge.
I might bite the bullet and take it to Ford tomorrow, I can't loose anymore days at work because of this truck

truck starts right up, idles perfect, runs smooth on level ground. I live in an area of many many hills. some very steep, when I hit the hills the truck acts like its missing, kind of like a surging or bucking feeling. Tach moves with rough engine back and forth, If I let off throttle to no load its smooth, hit throttle to go faster and surging feeling and rough engine return. problem started 2 weeks ago when I towed heavy tractor (12K pounds) up a hill. when I parked the truck and then went to restart it would not start, dummy plugs were changed and so far no more start problems. still no lights on dash but truck does not run right at all. I had a 04 6.0L and it would run circles around this thing on a hill. I do feel minor shuddering on level ground if I hold throttle at consistent 1500 rpm, motor does not run smooth. installed new fuel pressure regulator spring tonight and took it up hill near my house, no change still runs the same.
Also I have never seen smoke unless I stand on the pedal. I assume that's normal as my 04 did the same thing. I have a 6.0L mech in my town but his scan tool shows no issues and everything is good. Hes at a lose and is waiting to see if the "blue Spring" made a difference. Really don't want to take it to ford yet and pay $165.00 to have them tell me the problem with no cure for my money. hard times makes a guy do what ever he can to get back to work.
What is Stiction? and could this be the problem?
I bought the truck used and don't know the history of maintenance or other repairs. Truck is spotless inside and out. looks very well maintained but not sure how often oil was changed.
I'm at a lose for what to do next!
I do appreciate the advice and am willing to try just about anything, within reason. I am getting scared to death as I read more about the other issues that this motor has. I waited 10 years to buy a nice truck and so far all I got was a huge headache and lots of sleepless nights

stiction would be oil side of Injectors, in the tech folders is great write up on this,do you have a gauge to read live data, I would check ICP,IPR may need to clean up some sensers noted in other post, I just replaced ICP pig tail and that little bugger fixed the whole surge stall fart thing, funny thing It wasent that hard to do just follow one wire at a time If you go that route. It seems like I've been on a ICP pig tail kick this week LOL

Thanks again, I will start looking at the sensors tomorrow! and have my Mech. look at the ICP and other sensors on his scanner. probably also might try marvels mystery oil or something else to the oil for stiction reduction?
I'll let you know what happens.
Ford dealer in Town may look at it tomorrow too, Desperate to get a strong running truck again so we can go back to work without worry.
appreciate your time!

Sent the truck into local Ford dealer and after doing a diagnostics test on the big ford scanner, found 2 bad injectors. rest of the motor checked out perfect. looks like $1200.00 bill and I'm back on the road for a while. Thanks for all your help on this issue, I'm sure I'll be back.
