Can anyone help me out, I am looking for a 3 speed shifter on the column, orginal seat as long as the metal is good. Anyone know of a truck graveyard I could contact.

I don't know about graveyards, but you might come across something at the swap meet up at Petit Jean, it's going on now through this Saturday..
