Need Help ASAP!!!
Been fighting fuel/air leaks and just noticed that I have a significant leak that is pooling up in the valley pan underneath the turbo. My drive way is angled, so just may be where it is settling. I can't figure out where it is coming from. At first, I thought it was the crossover fuel line, replaced it but still leaking bad. I can't see anything else or where it could be coming from. It is pooling up around the glowplug on the passenger side, which led me to the crossover line. The end was split, so assumed I got it. Tried to start this morning, but obviously had air in the system and then found the pool in the valley pan. Any ideas??? I want to try and pull the trailer this weekend, but can't with such a significant leak. Thanks for any suggestions and ideas.

I'd get some degreaser, clean up around the injectors and injector pump. There is a good chance it is leaking around one of the injectors, or possibly one of the lines in or out of the IP. If you get it clean then start it up, any leak will be easier to spot.

I had a similar problem. It turned out to be the o'ring on my throttle shaft on the passenger side of the pump. Make sure the outside of your pump is clean and dry. Get a flashlight even if you have good lighting and get where you can see that side of the pump. Have someone start the truck and watch for the leak. Hope this helps.
