7.3 OBD data for new dash

Hi,

Does anyone know if the OBD11 data feed contains all the instrument cluster display within it on the 2002 7.3 PCM/ECU? reason I ask is I am looking at going to a full custom LCD dash cluster and I just need to work out if all the standard dash data will still be retrievable to use on the new LCD? I am also hoping to get some analogue inputs also to allow extra gauges to be added that our trucks didn't come with. ie; boost/EGT/Trans Temp.
Or if anyone has any experience with custom gauge clusters or knows a shop who does let me know.
I have been trying to search everywhere but cannot find a full list of what exact data parameters these trucks output thru the OBD11 port.

Cheers

Any one know the size of the instrument cluster opening of the 08 trucks? A fall back plan maybe to use an Ipad as the instrument cluster running DashCommand hard wired to the OBD11 jack?
