1955 F100 Build (R)

Hey Trevor, are you working in an Air Conditioned Garage--if so I envy you,
If not then youth has no limits. I am still working on my 1961 F100 and waiting for parts from Washinton State to my home in Jersey. Over the past week to 10 days the tempature has been 95 plus and rained 9 of the last 14 days with a heat index of over 100. I tried doing some minor repair and restoration work in a small garage with a large fan but at my age it was too hot. Now I am looking for a 1961 Air Conditioner. Keep us informed with your progess--we like to see these trucks done right and you are a good example. When your done the 55' keep in mind that there is a 61' that can use another set of hands. Best Regards, ron

Well guys, my dad and I went to the shop and were gonna put the coil springs in and mock the cab and fenders up to get an idea of ride height. We discovers there's no possible way to compress them enough to get them in. So I believe we are switching over to full air ride. Gonna buy a new four link and all the good stuff. Not sure when ill have it all but will keep y'all up to date!

Made a decision last night that we're gonna put Shockwaves in the front. We made the mistake of leaving everything mounted and made the shocks really lose. So we just put the wheel on there to get an idea of height with Shockwaves. This should be my height when all the way deflated. Gonna work on the back tonight to see if we can just block up the back, or if we need to bag the back as well.
Looking good, liking those lug nuts. Just have to get everything blasted and powder coated. Gonna leave the tips chrome.
Wheels with lugs.

We decided to just switch over to the bags, and thanks, it's a crazy adventure!
