ac compressor condensing

should an ac compressor get cold & condense water on it? just had a new compressor, drier & orifice put on my 94 5.8 bronco, at 60 mph the coldest i could get out of the vents was 57. ambient is about 90. when i got home the compressor was ice cold & dripping water from condesation. the compressor is a brand new ford unit.

Something is certainly jacked up in the system.

Get out the gauges and measure the low and high side pressures.
