spring pins and contact plates under the steering wheel.
make sure the clutch switch is working properly. if the clutch is not all the way up, the cruise will think the clutch is depressed and not work.

The cruise control /tilt wheel turn signal switch is different from a truck with no
cruise.

Should be two spring loaded contacts. Yellow wire and a Dark Blue wire.

If you look at the back side of the steering wheel you'll see the cam surface they
make contact with.

There's actually two other metal spring loaded pins that make contact with the
inner most ring. They provide a ground signal path..They are not part of the turn signal switch
assembly.
