fan clutch problem ?help

hey quick question im home for the weekend and have to go back out of town for work on Monday the ac in my truck is not working so well today 06 f150 screw so I have a question should I be able to stop my cooling fan by hand and spin it the wrong way with the motor running and up to temp a quick answer would be great thanks
