Firestone airbags not leveling F350
#31
I was looking for something in my shed yesterday and I found these:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ens-9-9104g/overview/
I bought them back in '08 to use on my "08 V10 SRW but they were not tall enough to be of any use. So I installed them on my dually. They install between the upper overload spring and those brackets that attach to the frame. Took 20 minutes. Pop off the rubber bushing and bolt these on.
So before I had 40 psi just to level the truck and now I only need 10 psi.

Pretty soon I may have the chance to demo these, they are available for Super Dutys as well:

Yeah, that was my concern as well; and this is the reason I won't tune my truck. I can't afford $10K for a new engine, but I can swing ~$400 for new springs if for some reason these things cause problems. But I don't think they will, so they're worth the risk to me.

I share those same thoughts... I know 5 Star is great but I just can't do it. Maybe I'll invest in these...
