Midfifty.com - bed kit & fender review?

I'm ready to order new fenders and a truck bed kit. Did some research on pricing and I'm pretty sure I'm going with Midfifty. I just want to know if anyone has ordered a bed kit from them and how satisfied with it you were. I'm also ordering 3" wider fibreglass rear fenders, and am debating whether to go steel or glass in the front, and steel or glass running boards. Anyone buy a set of their steel fronts?

Thanks!

Mar-K (MAR-K Classic Truck Parts made in Oklahoma City, USA) and Northern Classic Trucks (Ford Truck Parts and Repair Panels for your classic truck at Northern Classic Trucks) are good sources for beds. Mar-K is an actual manufacturer, Made in USA. Not sure but I think Northern is too.

It would help if you put your location in your User Profile, as shipping to Canada is a big factor.

I didn't buy my bed kit from them, but have bought many parts from them. I feel they have the best customer service anywhere....

Northern Classic stamps out their parts in Sterling Heights Michigan...not too far from one of the old Ford plants. I went with theirs after a visit to their factory. It is a very solid bed. By ordering it apart, I was able to paint the pieces before assembling.

Here's a pic after assembly:

Thanks for the input guys. I'm located in Toronto Canada and shipping these parts across the border with duties adds about $1500 (incl. shipping) to my tab! I'd love to order from any of these companies but now it's looking impractical to do so for the fenders and bed.

As close as you are to Sterling Heights, you could do a local pick-up and deal with the duties at the border....it'd probably save you the crating fee as well. When shipped, the beds come in a large wooden box.
