Saving Uni Parts

I've got a '62 that I'm parting out and I know that the doors are uni specific but these have got the typical rust in the bottom. Are they worth saving? And its got a good set of inner front fenders, I'm using the passenger side one for myself along with the really nice battery tray that it had, but the drivers side is good other then just a bit of rust at the rear where the bracket is, right below the hood hinge area. And the rear tubs are decent, no big dents or holes, Keep or crush? Thanks for any and all help!!

There really isn't a good answer to this question. It's not like they are the Crown Jewels, so pitch them and go on and enjoy life without another thought as to was that right or wrong decision. Unless of course someone drops you a line in the next week and wants to buy all of it for any amount above zero and come and get it , on your schedule.

Just about 20 miles north and a bit east of Springfield, near Fair Grove.

parts you used

Interesting, the inner fender passenger side and the battery box were two of the pieces that I also used off a '64 F100 donor truck. Thought I was going to use the engine, but found a better one. I did use the 3 speed transmission out of the 64 and bell housing and driveshaft. The synchro in first gear is nice, but I used the 11 inch clutch out of the other 292 that came out of a '63. Now I have a '64 to save for the rear axle, springs, and front axle with springs. and a spare 292 y block. Make a good yard ornament out there with the '47 Allis.
