85 F700 6.6L Brazilian Diesel Starting Issues

I have a Dump Truck. We did a few upgrades to it we changed out the turbo, exghast manifold, and the intake manifold. The truck was running when we parked it. After the upgrades the truck the truck won't start. So we replaced all the fuel line cause it was slighty leaking and the filters. We had the lift pump rebuilt and replaced the fuel pressure sylinoid on the side of the injector pump. The injectors are opening, we have fuel past the injectors with no air in the lines. The electric breaks are buzzing when you turn the key and releasing. I can feel compression coming out the exghaust. We haven't actually checked the compression yet. We have reset the timing. Still the truck will crank but will not fire. Does anyone have any ideas on whats keeping this truck from running?

A 6.6L diesel? Are you sure on the size?

I suggest asking in one of the diesel forums from when your truck was built.
