Yea it is really hot here too.
I told you to avoid the South Atlanta Wendys!! lol

Seriously, that sucks. I hope you get over it quick. I've had food poising a couple times and it is just miserable. Get well fast!!

Well guys,
It turned out to be more than food poisoning. It started on Wednesday morning with my stomach about to blow out of my body. I threw up nonstop Wednesday and Thursday. Friday morning I went and saw my doctor, gave me some other drugs and sent me home. I threw up all day Friday and Friday night. Saturday morning I went to the hospital in Albany, after more blood tests and a CAT scan they found a blockage in my intestine, they did surgery early yesterday morning and I am now home trying to recoup.

Seems there was scar tissue blockage from over 30 years ago they they took out my appendix. Seems to be a normal occurrence that happens every now and then. Sore as all get out but alot better than I was. Glad I can finally eat and drink something and keep it down. I will be checking in now and then between pain medications.. My bride is taking great care of me so no worries.

Hope everyone is doing good. Talk to you all soon.

I am feeling a little better, stomach is still very sore but at least I can get up and get around a little bit here at home. Scar tissue blocking your intestine from a past appendix surgery from many years ago he said is quite common. He said it was not a huge blockage but it was a total blockage and enough to make me deathly sick. I was never so happy to have a surgery done. 3 little cuts but man are they sore !!!!!

I did not have a fever but I could not hold anything down, no food or water or anything really weird. I limped up and down the hall last night in front of the nurses station so I could go home today.

Those things are sweet and I know you will sell some. I am up and walking around, look like an old man but taking it one step at a time. I am eating solid foods and I have been eating like no tomorrow. Small meals but man so good after nothing since last Tuesday night. I figure I should be able to go back to work next week. Stomach is swollen and feels like I have an 50 extra pounds there but I will take it over the way I was feeling a week ago.

Good Morning guys,
Everything seems to be getting back to normal!!!! A little less sore everyday but man the heat is really getting to me. Amazing how a couple of days in bed has changed my heat tolerance. I should be pretty much back to normal by Monday.

I think maybe this might have been an underlying problem for a while, since the surgery I have no heart burn and burping, something I have been dealing with almost 2 years.

I ate a real meal today, not huge but I feel like I am about to blow up. I think my stomach has shrunk to the size of a quarter. We got a little rain but nothing news worthy. Hope everyone is doing great.

Awesome !!!
Those things are super cool. I know you can't wait to ride.

Well I have learned a valuable lesson this week, a normal diet does not really mean a normal diet. I ate some BBQ on Thursday and it sent me running to the doctors office. It had my insides really torn up bad. Back to bland for a little while till the insides are really good and healed. So no pizza and hot wings for a little while longer.
