Driveline - carrier bearing - u joint issues ?
Over several trucks - over several years
I have learned the hard way to service the drive line
on a used truck when purchasing it.
NOT doing that on my first truck cost me:
ZF tranny
4:10 rear end
Driveline
Find a good established shop that does not upsell.
Take their advice as to what you need.
I drive 300 miles a day on average, so every (9) months
I have my drive line completely rebuilt.
I go to my shop, pull it in the parking lot,
have them rebuild it, put it back in.
A good shop can detect a worn yoke,
unbalanced driveline, worn spline shaft, etc ....
In Dayton, Ohio I use:
American Driveline & Clutch
327 Troy St Dayton, OH 45404
