Ignition Coil Resistance which one is hotter?

Hey guys I have a question about coils, my stock replacement coil specs are as follow,

Primary resistance 1.1-1.8 ohms
Secondary resistance 9.0-15.0 ohms
Max volts dont know

MSD Ignition Blaster 2 #8202 Coil specs,
Primary resistance 0.007ohms
Secondary resistance4.70k ohms
Max volts 45,000v

Accel Super stock #8140 specs,
Primary resistance 1.400 ohms
Secondary resistance 9.2k ohms
Max volts 42,000v

Is lower resistance hotter or opposite higher resistance is hotter, or is the max volts output what counts. Please help me understand this thanks
