3.55s, E4OD, and 55 mph on the freeway. No lift and gentle acceleration. Granted not everyone would want to drive the way I do, but you can definitely get good economy out of an IDI.

 

Your right on target with that statement. A bunch of people I guess think used vehicles are worth way more than they are. But look at new truck prices. A guy can own 15 or 20 of these years Fords for the cost of one new one. If you read the boards on them they are a long way from being trouble free or getting fixed right.
I'd love to have a $50,000 truck with problems & a dealer that can't won't or doesn't know how to fix the problems. That is my dream.
Keep it, fix it, drive it, & most of all enjoy it. If it is paid for your ahead of most people.
