I was talking to a guy at work about leveling kits because I just want to gain an inch in the front, so he gave me a good idea, is it possible to take used leaf springs form the pick yard, and take the bottom leaf off and use it like an add a leaf?
I just leveled out my f250 by getting some of Off Road Designs zero rates. They didn't change the ride of my truck unlike add a leafs and it leveled it out. Here's a link to the thread I started about it. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...0-leveled.html

I'd rather dig this up then start new, but I plan on going with the tuff country add a leaf and I know the camber bushings are going to have to be put in but what degree do I get for 1.5 in of front lift?
Depends on your truck.
I usually get the max degree ones. They aren't keyed like stock, so they are cams. They twist it to get correct camber. Caster is effected a little, but not usually noticed.
Are you talking about using the bottom most spring out of the rear of a truck on the front? I literally just did this last night and my sagging springs are now straight and picked it up a good 2". Only problem is... there is now horrible camber issues and I don't think the adj camber bushings will help much.
