R&R prescribed time charged..

Hey guys,a guy come to our shop today(big truck shop) with a 2000 7.3 with oil in degas bottle and smoking white smoke.I was wondering if someone could tell me how many hours would be charged for a turbo R&R(maybe a kit, maybe a center section..not sure yet but definitely turbo cause theres oil seepage at the turbo seem),and an oil cooler R&R.I think its the oil cooler, the degas bottle has brownish crud on the sides and the coolant looks like creek water..if its coolant at all..Thanks..Phil

3 hours sounds about right for R&R,what about having to do a full flush out too?
Would 2 hours be what a shop would charge for turbo R&R?..any other thoughts..Thanks..

Turbo r&r lists in the book at 2.3hrs.
Rebuild should not take longer than an hour.

Oil cooler r&r is listed at 2.4 hours.
Rebuild again... should not take longer than 1 hour.

Oh...
The flush might take an hour... might take 2...
Depends on how nasty it is.

Got to get it up to full operating temp to get the thermostat to open if its not removed.
