my 2005 f-250 with a factory tow package is having issues with the trailer connections, the tail/running lights dont work, i have no power at the pins on the connector on the 7-round or 4 flat everything else seems to be working ok. does any one know where that wire runs to so i can see if i have power there? i ran out of daylight today and need it for this upcoming week.

Take the plug off the bumper and then remove the little screw and pull
the two sections apart. You looking for green fuzz. If you find that get
some electrical contact cleaner and dielectric grease. Clean then grease it.
That should fix the problem. The other thing to look at it the fuses, On the 06
it in the BJB in the engine compartment left side near the firewall. Yours should
be in the same place. I don't have a fuse diagram handy right now. But
have a look at post #2 in this link

There is a link to the BJB with a list of the fuses.
I am ging to post it here for you.
Good luck
