I know you are probably looking for positive encouragement, but it honestly looks like you've cheapened the trucks look. Just giving an honest opinion, I mean no disrespect. While I'm not really a huge fan of all the chrome that's on my XLT chrome pkg, but I don't get why everyone likes this dull all blacked out look either? flat colors hide the vehicles design cues and make it look like a base model.

Again, I don't get the hole "Chrome is ugly" trend of today. While like I stated I'm not a fan of the super-duper-mega-chromed out edition that I have on my 2011 F150 XLT, I got it because it was $12k off new .vs a less discount for the more popular and nicer FX models.
I love Fords & GM trucks from the 1960's & early 1970's and those trucks had chrome all over them. Just trying to figure out why people hate it today? Not wanting to start a war about it. I'm also not that old of a guy at 35 before people say I'm just an "Old man"

Everyone is different. I am not a fan of "too much chrome" but I wouldn't say its ugly. Like I tell my wife, thats why they make chocolate and vanilla. I just got my Road King back yesterday after being in the shop for over a month and I was just sittin there grinnin at it in my garage. Not too much chrome, just enough Thanks for the pics, as I was wondering what my wheels would look like if I dipped them. I was thinking if I did, maybe I'd leave the center caps chrome and the lugs for some contrast?

Ford emblem
I just dipped my ford logos on my truck. If you do it lightly you can peel the dip off the silver parts and it looks awesome. However I have an STX trim so it matches the black plastic.

That's what I wonder too, I would think the painted areas on the front bumper and grille would look bad after a few months of freeway driving from all the road debris and rock chips.
That's one thing about the chrome on my XLT, it's got a fair number of stone chips from highway use on the bumper and grille, but you can't see them unless you get 3" away from the chrome as it hides scratches and chips better than painted parts.
