I've been toying with the idea of a 3-4" lift kit for my F150 and running a slightly taller tire but I have concerns about the robustness of the power steering on this truck.


How have all the electric power steering trucks been working out with lift kits?

 

Check with 04 XLTRUNNER He has a 2012 with a 6" kit

 

works just like it is supposed to. I have the mcgaughy's 6.5" lift with 35x12.5x20s and they steer just fine. My brother is running 37's in his with no issues. It actually turns easier than the old power steering system.
