I agree. It's a template showing the dimensions, but you would think it would be an actual size one.

Well, maybe my radio was not from a 54. I had to do all kinds of adjustments to the brackets to make it work, but I got it installed. Pics to follow.

Yet another reason I hate you and that fine looking 54. Hate is such a strong word. I love your truck. I just wish mine might someday be almost as nice. Green with envy.

I can't believe it but i bought a very nice 56 radio locally recently at a great price. It came from an Australian 56 truck, very rare in Australia to have had a factory radio fitted when new, must have been a wealthy farmer or something.

Does anyone have a "spare" chrome trim ring they might consider parting with, the one that goes on the dash and is always missing.
