it's not that I haven't been hunting, it's just I had the worst waterfowl season EVER! Jag still has fun though

It's frustrating spending hours scouting for geese and hours just sitting in a boat or ground blind and then the last night of early goose season you get one loaner to decoy...and having your kid light up made all the crap just fade away

First upland hunt this year, for being the third week in October it was extremely hot and my boy was feeling it afterwards

Went overkill bringing a 12ga semi auto but i needed to be sure it was built to take the elements

Yesterday's spontaneous hunt, a snow storm was coming in and I figured I could get out before it hit us. Well at 8am it started (news said 1pm) and my boy Jag found me some dinner! Was extremely impressed with him, I never would have expected he'd pick up the scent of birds in a full blown snow storm that was covering the ground as bad as it was

My old lady won't eat "wild" game lol I guess she likes them farm raised animals getting slaughtered with all the hormones
