Cab Lights

Since I am apparently unable to be lucky enough to buy a truck with cab lights, I've been looking for some. We had a set that I put on my old EC, but then I sold it when I found my CC, which does not have them. They say hindsight is 20/20, and I would have never put them on that truck if I knew I was going to find my CC. Does anybody have a set with the factory wiring harness lying around in a corner somewhere they may want to part with? Even just the wiring harness would be good. I've looked at the ones from LMC trucks, and I may eventually get them for the new lenses, but I'd like to have the factory wiring harness so I don't have to splice into the wiring. Just thought I'd ask.

Yeah, you say that now. But when the perfect truck comes along, cab lights will be the last of your concerns. That's when you're thinking "Oh well, I can always put them on there without too much trouble." These trucks are too hard to find in good shape the way you want them (in my case, 4 doors and a loooooong bed!) to be that picky. Cab lights are not a deal breaker for me!

I wish my buddy never got rid of the ones we got for that CC i had.

I will have to check the yard again to see if any OBS cab lights are there.
I forgot about this completely... and I was there recently for the SD pump bracket.

Yeah, next time you're down there, check it out if you remember. I'd appreciate it. Wonder how much they would ask for them?

Around here NAPA sells the exact same lights as OE for about $7 each. Less than $40 gets you 5 new lights with the seals. Pretty good deal IMO. Here is a place you can get them even cheaper. Linky I wouldn't bother with the factory wiring harness, to be honest. Without using the harness, you don't have to drill as big a hole in the roof for the wiring plugs, but to each his own.

A big thanks to Alex for hooking me up. He went right over and robbed some off a nearby truck for me. And for right at $30 including shipping, I'm pleased. That's with the factory wiring harness. Thanks Alex! Reps sent.

Good deal, but the guy that owns the truck he stole them off of is going to be PI$$ED!

Thanks for the link, and thoughts. I might check out NAPA if I ever need replacements. I just like to have factory harnesses where I can. Just one of those things. Probably doesn't matter. But I'll have one now thanks to Alex.
