1978 ford 4x4 leveling kit

hello all. I was curious as to how to level my truck. it has 3' blocks on rear. what can be done to raise the front end to make it level. I have looked and looked with no luck. any advice will be appreciated.

Well they do make leveling springs are the rear blocks the stock ones? If so the leveling springs will work great. If the rear is lifted an additional 3inches then you will have to put a lift on the front to level it out.

Install two-inch lift coils if equipped with stock blocks... the stock ones are cast with a "wing" to act as a bumpstop. JBG has a leveling kit for these rigs.

Thanks guys. Im pretty sure they are stock blocks. I have a pic but have no clue as to how to upload them. The " wings" go towards the center of truck

No.

Those inserts are what cheapskates use to stiffen/support sagging springs.

Check out NAPA "Cargo" coils listed for your truck also. Used to install them on customer F-150s to replace sagging springs and level it a little.

No, they are bad bad bad. I've even heard of them popping out in certain situations. Coil spacer are okay, but new springs are fairly cheap and by far the best route to go IMO.
